Proxy Access
Proxy Access in HealthCall’s Client Portal allows a person to access another person’s HealthCall schedule and other information relevant to his or her care. Typically, parents or legal guardians will use proxy access to access their children’s record so they can view the schedule, private message their Clinical Supervisor or Scheduler or coordinate other health-related information for their child or family member. Adults may also use it to access an older parent or relative’s record. Proxy Access will only be grated to parties with parental rights, legal guardianship, or Durable Power Of Attorney over the Client Subject and only to the extent that the party requesting proxy access can demonstrate a legal right to the account holder’s medical information.
